During the first month of bootcamp you need to get the following lighting equipment: strobe or continuous light source, synchronizer, stand, softbox (the approximate cost of the kit is $500-800). Meet Your TUTOR
Author of cookbooks. Sold over 25,000 paper copies and 35,000 electronic copies on Amazon. Books are marked by editions:
Author of articles and other publications in world-famous international and domestic publications:
Hi, I’m Alex. I haven't always been a famous and popular photographer. I had a time when I took ordinary, boring photos. For 4 years, I tried to study on my own. I read articles on the Internet. I watched free video tutorials. I even read photography books. But 70% of that disorganized, unsystematic information was never useful to me. At all. Anywhere.
Then I changed my approach – I began to study systematically. In just one year, everything changed dramatically. Michelin-starred restaurants, top chefs worldwide, and companies like McDonald's and Johnnie Walker Red Label began inviting me to photo shoots. Magazines began to write about me: Saveurs, Forbes, and many others.
I was even included in the top 100 photographers in the world. In just one year, I grew from a good but ordinary photographer who takes ordinary photos to a world-class photographer with the biggest orders and clients and name recognition.
I've got news for you. I plan to share all my techniques with you. The same techniques have allowed me to become one of the best and most successful food photographers in the world. So join me. Let me make you a star.
We always help our students surpass their goals. But don't just take our word for it. Here's what a few of our students had to say.
has a three-month waiting list of clients in Europe
Why did I choose food photography? It provides endless opportunities to play with light, angle, and staging. And this is one very important factor if you want to stay creative and inventive in this line of business.
I try to absorb as much knowledge as possible from different professionals. Alexander has his unique style and his natural way of teaching, which really interested me.
While studying, I simplified the knowledge that I had and also learned a lot of things that I didn’t know.
For example, how to create a book and find clients in the US and Europe. Thanks to the assignments on the course, I gained more experience and self-confidence.

Mary Sokor,
Dave Kim,
First, I got free workshops from Alexander Slyadnev on Instagram. I thought it could be a relaxing hobby for me. But I was so inspired that in a month, I switched to the full-fledged Bootcamp program to study 2-3 hours a day. Now I am a professional photographer, and my main income comes from food shoots.
I've come a long way from photography basics to specific portrait and food photography only. I put all my energy and free time into practicing and doing projects for my portfolio. That gave me a chance to get clients throughout the course. Thanks to the Bootcamp, I have not only photography skills and a diversified portfolio, but also marketing and networking competency to promote myself on the market.

Max Svyativoda,
The moment I first started a photography course with Alex, food photography was something unknown and distant to me. Because I'm a chef, working with food is so natural for me. But thanks to this Bootcamp, I discovered something more than just food photography! It opened my soul. I can now say I cannot choose between cooking and photography.
Besides, the Bootcamp experience and my new career saved me a lot of money. Now I can make shots for my cookbook by myself. There is no need to pay more than $3000 for a professional shoot! That sounds great, doesn't it?
Oh yes, it does!

Liana Ruchka,
I was already a professional photographer, but I wanted to grow and develop my income opportunities. I took the food photography Bootcamp to boost my skills and get new project ideas.
Each month of my studies at this Bootcamp was so encouraging: my shots improved with every new assignment. Great results motivate me to move on and reach higher goals! I have a waiting list of clients now, long-term contracts with food companies, a steady, regular income, and I travel a lot!

Olga Kudryavtseva,
I have always been obsessed with photography and cooking. In 2018, I started sharing recipes on Instagram. I couldn't take pictures as I imagined, so I studied food photography. I chose Alex Slyadnev's course because I liked his style, his approach to learning, and the fact that he is also from Ukraine.
I got a good foundation in photography from the course (and not only food photography). I learned how to embody my ideas and make the shots that I wanted. I have also written and published my cookbook.
